The text mode demo competition is back for a 13th round! Invtro comes courtesy Northern Dragons & Bawlz, the current compo masters. Submission deadline is December 12, 2010.

Northern Dragons has released the invite for the 12th Textmode Demo Compo, called “Pimp My Squid!”. Info and download links are on the Pouet page.
The NA demoscene has made some nice textmode demos in the past, and soon you can show them off again!
In TMDC, the Textmode Demo Compo, 12th edition, you can submit your stuff from 11/11/2009 to 12/12/2009.
An official invitation is on the way – but you don’t have to wait for it to start your demo! The rules are the same as last year, for now.
The Northern Dragons have concluded their Text Mode Demo Competition, and the results are now online at the compo website and on pouet. This is the Northern Dragon’s first year hosting the competition after picking up the torch from tAAt, and the results look excellent! Let’s hear it for the Northern Dragons, and all those who contributed entries to the compo!
We, the new organisation of the upcoming TMDC11 compo, just releasd a demo template. It’s the basic framework we’ve been using in many textmode prods. Included are a basic (but running) demo with full sources and complete info about how it works and what to do with it.
TMDC11 will be the next edition of the TextMode Demo Compo, held pseudo-annualy over the ‘nets.
Update your bookmarks, TMDC is now located at http://tmdc.scene.org. The new website is up and running. The site already contains all the useful information (rules, deadlines, faqs) and will be updated if there are any changes or confirmation for the eventual price list. Keep textmode alive and start working on your demo now!
